Golden Temple Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
¼ cup tamari soy sauce, Braggs Liquid Aminos or salt to taste½ cup Fresh Lemon Juice2 stalks of celery 1” slices½ bell pepper cut in 4 pieces½ onion cut in 4 pieces1/2 tsp of black pepperdash of cayenneBlend above ingredients, then add:1/3 cup Olive Oil1/3 cup Safflower Oil or other heart healthy vegetable oil.½ cup Toasted Sesame Tahini ButterAdd small amount of water if too thick
Directions
Put your celery, bell pepper and onion pieces into a blender and add Braggs and lemon juice. Blend until mixture is smooth. Then add Oil's and Sesame Tahini Butter and blend again until creamy. If too thick add water. If too thin, add more tahini. Pour on steams, rice, salad, baked tofu or veggie burgers.
