Ingredients
Whole wheat flour or All purpose flour - 1 cupOats - 3/4 cup (I used steel cut and ground it coarsely to powder texture)Butter, unsalted - 3 tbspBrown sugar, lite - 5tbspHoney - 1.5tbspSesame Seeds - 4tbspBaking soda - 1tsp (mix it with abt a tbsp of warm water and keep aside)Milk, 2% - 3fl oz (for kneading)
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F
2. Melt butter, sugar and honey over low-medium heat; once the sugar is melted - add sesame seeds, stir in oats slowly followed by flour - you would get a crumbly looking mixture at this point
3. Transfer that to a big bowl, and knead using milk to get a smooth dough
4. You can either roll it out on a flat surface and cut it into small squares, or pinch lime sized balls and flatten it thin on to the baking sheet
5. Bake them at 350F for 15mins or until the sides are slightly toasted -- upon taking it might be soft to touch but will harden once cooled!!!!

Notes:
I used wheat flour, and the nutritional info is based on that

I used steel cut oats, but you can use any, and if like the texture as is, throw it in directly, or coarsely grind them as I did. It is still crunchy!!!!

I made small discs, so got about 20 yields. So depending on how you make them the nutritional info will change...but still it is all healthy and tastes GREAT!!!!!

**I was lazy and made them into discs, but the small bite size squares are awesome!!!!***
