Turnips, 3 cup, cubes Parsnips, 2 parsnip (9" long) Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Beans, black, 2 cup *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 3 cup Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels Cumin , 1 tbsp Chili powder, 2 tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce, 3 tsp
Directions
throw everything in the crock pot & lret it cook all day
you're done!

    I have made this recipe often and love it. Anyone that tries this wil not be disappointed. Takes a little while chopping all the great veggies though but very worth it. Oh so good! - 6/13/10
