Barb and Ed's Chicken Paprika

Ingredients
2 - Fryer Chickens cut into 8 pieces1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 Tbsp. Salt1 Tbsp. Paprika1 tsp. Salt1/3 cup Canola Oil2-1/2 cups Chicken broth (fat free/low salt)1 cup Sour Cream
Directions
Mix flour with seasonings. Coat chicken with seasoned flour. Brown chicken in oil. Add chicken broth and simmer for 40 minutes. Remove chicken. Swirl in sour cream.

Serve over noodles

    I added it and posted it because I was making it for dinner and wanted to know what the values were. My husband is also on Sparkpeople and with me posting it, he was able to import the information to his computer.
    And yes........it's very bad!!!! But I revised so it works better. Check it out
