Ingredients
stew beef, spinach, onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, canola oil
Directions
saute onions in oil, add tomatoes and 1 jalapeno sliced lengthwise, add garlic and ginger paste, add spinach, cook for a few minutes add cooked beef, and add coriander powder, and salt.
