Spicy Beef and Chicken with Maifun Rice Sticks

Ingredients
About 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breastsAbout 2 lbs top round beef16 oz fresh sliced mushrooms14 oz can of bean sprouts15 oz can cut baby corn9 oz can sliced bamboo shoots4 medium carrots medium sliced2 tsp old bay seasoning2 tsp Maggi seasoning2 tsp salt3 tbsp red cooking wine1 tpsp course black pepper
Directions
cut up beef and chicken into cubes and braise in large frying pan. Empty half the liquid from the cans of vegetables, sprouts and bamboo shoots and add to the frying pan. Add carrots and spices, cover and cook on medium heat for 45 minutes. Serve over prepared Maifun Rice Sticks and enjoy.
