Ground Venison Taquitos

1 lb ground venisonSalsa (use enough to get the correct consistency in the meat mixture)Fat Free refried beansCheddar CheeseButter spraywhole wheat flour tortilla
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Brown Vension, drain fat, and pour in salsa until you get your desired liquid consistency.
Take flour tortilla, spread with some refried beans, put in 1/4 cup of meat mixture, and then 1/4 cup of cheese. Roll up and place seam side down on a cookie sheet. Spray top of roll ups with Butter spray (this helps to crisp it up)
Cook for 20 minutes...or however long it takes for them to get crispy. May want to flip after 15 minutes....
Serve with sour cream (not included in calorie calculation)
