"Three" Salad Dressing

Ingredients
3 egg yolks, cooked 3 Tbsp yellow mustard3 Tbsp granulated sugar3 Tbsp apple cider vinegarPepper to taste
Directions
Hard boil eggs and remove yolks, save cooked egg white for salad.

Place cooked egg yolks, mustard, sugar, cider vinegar and pepper in a blender and blend well. Serve over salad.

Makes four 2 Tablespoon servings.
