Cool Summer Potatoe Salad

8 medium peeled potatoes1/2 medium onion1/4 large bell pepper diced1/4 red bell pepper diced1 1/2 medium cucumbers peeling and chunked1 large stalk celery diced2/3 cup mayonaise2/3 cup fat free plain yogurt1/2 cup sweet relish1/4 cup mustard
Cook potatoes to desired tenderness and allow to cool. Dice all the vegies to your desire size for the salad. In a large measuring container mix all the other ingredients for the dressing with the spoon. Pour over all the diced vegies and potatoes and mix well. Refrigerate prior to serving.
