One pie crustShredded chickenTaco seasoningCuminPinto beansDiced tomatoes
Directions
Unroll pie crust onto foiled-lined cookie sheet. In a skillet, mix rest of ingredients and heat until hot. Spread chicken mixture onto half of crust; fold other half of crust over and seal. If desired, brush an egg wash over top (one egg yolk plus one tablespoon water mixed) and cut two slits in top. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
