Ingredients
-two 15 ounce cans of salmon-2 eggs-1/2 cup of light mayo-1/4 cup of bread crumbs-2 tablespoons of lemon juice-2 tablespoons of onion flakes-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Form into 6 patties. Cook in oil for 4-5 minutes a side. Serve on a whole grain bun.
