Ingredients
Mix all dry ingredients with beef broth and pour over roast & veggies.
Directions
Peel potatoes & cut into bite size pieces. Place roast in crock pot and put potatoes, onion & carrots around roast. Mix gravy, hidden valley & italian dressing mixes together. Add beef broth and mix together. Pour over roast and veggies. Cook on high in crockpot for 6 hours.
