Flax meal Bun

Ingredients
1 large egg2 tbsp melted butter4 tbsp flax meal1/2 tsp baking powderdash salt
Directions
Melt butter, mix all ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Cook for 1-2 min. Let sit for a minute, then turn out to cool. Cut and use as a hamburger bun, or bread option.
