Ingredients:*King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cup (remove)*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup (remove)Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 7 serving (remove)Granulated Sugar, 9 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, 9 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 cup (remove)*Eggland's Best Large Egg, 10 serving (remove)Buttermilk, lowfat, 10 cup (remove)
Grind Oats into powder. Make full dry mixture, mixing oil in well, and portion in 1 cup servings, freeze.
When ready to use, add 1 egg and 1 cup buttermilk. After mixed, let stand for 20 minutes to let oaks soak up the milk. Cook like regular pancakes.
