1 cup Brown Beans (in can or cooked) 1 raw onion chopped4 cloves garlic1 cup 1% cottage cheese.5 cup dry lentilsBouillon cube1cup water
Makes 10 one ounce servings of dip. Boil the lentils in 1 cup of bouillon to add flavor. Drain liquid and add the onions, garlic, and the cooked beans and cottage cheese. Blend it together until smooth. Serve with carrot sticks. Enjoy!
