Ingredients
2 pork cutlets (3/4 lb)1 T. each soy sauce, cornstarch1 T. cooking wine or sherry2T. EV OLIVE OIL
Directions
serves 2.
May cut cutlets into pieces, 1" by 2" or so. Marinate the pork in a mixture of soy sauce, cornstarch and cooking wine - or wine vinegar may be used, for 10 min. or longer.
Heat oil in wok or shallow skillet until it shimmers. add pork and cook, stirring, until golden brown and done.

    Simple, easy and quick. Got the cutlets on the table in 20 minutes with little prep. Served with a couple of salads. I used one less tablespoon of oil so saved on the calories. - 5/1/12
