Honey Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
40 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast (2.5 lbs)1/3 cup honey1/4 cup vegetable oil1/3 cup soy sauce2 garlic cloves, minced1/4 tbsp black pepper10 skewers
Directions
Combine honey, vegetable oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper. Cut chicken into 1- inch cubes. Reserve approximately 2 tbsp marinade. Pour remaining marinade over chicken and marinade for at least 2 hours. Meanwhile, soak wooden skewers in water. Assemble chicken on 10 skewers (4 ounces each). Grill over medium flame, turning once until 165 deg internal temperature. While grilling, brush chicken with remaining marinade.

Serves 10.

Not included in calorie count--- serve with red peppers/onions, also put on skewers and grilled.
