21 oz Walmart Seafood Combo mix1 TBSP canola oil1 medium red bell pepper4 oz can mushrooms, sliced 1 small onion, chopped (about 3/4 cup)2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes1 garlic clove, pressedItalian seasoning to tasteBlack pepperFresh grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 Heat oil in skillet, add onions, mushrooms, peppers and garlic. Cook until onions are soft.
2. Add seafood and heat through.
3. Add Tomatoes and seasoning. Heat through.
