Tzatziki with Dill

Ingredients
16 oz Plain, Non Fat Greek Yogurt1/2 tbsp Dried Dill (or Fresh)2 cloves Garlic1 cup European CucumberSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Grate cucumber and drain excess water through a cheese cloth, press or mince garlic, mix both with remaining ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours before enjoying!

Best with Carrots or Garlic & Rosemary Wisecrackers from Trader Joes.
