Apple Strudel

Ingredients
2 Apples, chopped into small pieces4 tsp granulated sugardash of cinnamon1 oz of almonds, finely chopped3 sheets of phyllo dough1/4 cup water
Directions
Simmer apples on stove in water and 1 tsp of sugar
Mix remaining sugar, cinnamon, and almonds
Layer phyllo dough one sheet at a time, spraying with butter-flavored cooking spray, then spreading 2 tsp of almond/sugar mixture
on last part of phyllo, place soft apples
roll up phyllo
spray with butter spray
top with remaining almond mixture
