Ingredients
whole wheat noodles are included in this recipe, so totals are for COMPLETE meal. (could not find nutrtional info on raw boneless skinless thighs, just selected baked. you can choose to pre-cook your chicken or saute it with the veggies)
Directions
while noodles are cooking according to package directions...spray pan w/cooking spray, add onion and mushroom/garlic and saute..add a little chicken broth if necessary. once tender, add chicken and brown. add remaining broth and sour cream (add more broth if too thick), simmer until flavors blend. Serve over cooked noodles. Salt and pepper to taste.
