Low Carb Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. lean Ground Turkey3/4 cup Chopped Onion3/4 cup Grated Carrot3/4 cup Chopped Mushrooms3/4 cup Chopped Green Pepper1 EggSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients and put into a loaf pan. Bake for approx. 1 hour. Let set for 10 - 15 min. and slice into 8 slices. Eat and enjoy!
This is great served with green beans cooked in chicken bouillon & onions...YUMMY!
