Butterfly Pork Chop, 8.6 oz , already cooked & cut into very thin slicesOnions, raw, 86 grams Apples, fresh, 321 grams, peeled and cored and cut into slicesKraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 0.33 cup Egg, fresh, 3 large Milk, 1%, .75 cup Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"
1) Slice the pork chops very thin, so that each piece is about 2 inches in length
2) Peel, core and slice the apples
3) Mince the onion
4) On med-high heat, after spraying the non stick skillet with Pam, saute the apple and onion and cinnamon. Cook until the onions almost turn translucent and the apples are no longer crisp.
5) Beat the eggs with a whisk. Add the milk and cheese and whisk again.
6) Put the sliced pork into the frying pan with the apples and onions and gently toss.
7) Add contents of frying pan to pie crust.
8) Pour eggs, milk and cheese mixture on top of the pie crust. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
