Horseradish Apple Pot Roast

Ingredients
2 lbs beef- I used blade but any lean cut will be nice1.5 cups apple juice or cider.33 cup horseradish
Directions
put meat in bottom of heavy pot. mix the apple juice and horseradish in a bowl and top the beef with it. Put into a 250 degree oven, with lid on, and just let cook! I cooked mine for about 5 hours and it was super tender. Once done I removed the meat to a plate and covered with foil. I then strained the sauce and heated in a skillet to make a nice gravy! Loved it!
