4 pouches Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon1 egg1-1/2 tsp Dried Onion Flakes3/4 cup milk1 tbsp butter1 pkg Saltine Crackers (4 oz), crushed1 tsp black pepperSalt to taste
Makes 4 large portions.
Combine salmon, egg, 3/4 of the cracker crumbs, pepper and salt and put in greased 8x8 pan. Pour warm milk over to cover bottom of pan. Cover top with remaining cracker crumbs and then place pats of butter over. Bake at 350 until golden brown on top for approx. 35 min.
