Ingredients
1/2 Cup Oats1/4 Cup canned pumpkin1 Cup Nonfat Milk1/2 tsp Sugar1/4 tsp Cinnamon1/8 tsp Nutmeg1/8 tsp Ginger(or use 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice in place of cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger)If you don't like Spenda, regular sugar adds 24 calories and 8 carbs to the total. You can just add the recipe to the nutrition tracker and then add the sugar as a separate item to the tracker to end up with the correct info.
