Hamburger Stew

Ingredients
1lb Lean Ground Beef1 Can Diced Tomatoes w/juice1 10oz package frozen Mixed Vegetables3 Cloves Garlic, chopped2 small potatoes, diced1 small onion, diced1 14 oz can beef broth or bouilion equivalentsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef and rinse and drain off fat, return to heat. Add chopped garlic and diced onion and cook until onion is translucent. Add tomatoesand their juice, broth, potatoes, and frozen veggies. Cook until heated through and potatoes are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
