Italian Goulash

* Johnsonville mild italian sausage 2 links or 1/2 pound * 1 can tomato sauce* 1 can diced tomato's* 2 full cans of water* 3 cups uncooked Lg. Elbow Macaroni* Parsley, 1 tbsp* Black Pepper, 2 tsp* Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp
1) In small pan cook sausage with olive oil. I like to add some water in my pan so my sausage does not get overly brown.
2) In large pot add all other ingredients including sausage. Bring to boil, then let simmer until noodles are soft.
3) Let sit 5-10 before serving.
*Some Sauce will remain, as goulash cools down the noodles will soak up the remaining sauce.
