Ingredients
3 flounder fllets1/2C. Plain Yogurt3/4C. Plain Bread Crumbs1tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
Directions
Dry Flounder fillets and coat with yogurt. Sprinkle with seasoning to taste and coat with bread crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet with a baking rack and bake for 15 minutes or until coating is lightly browned.
