Healthy Southwestern Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
1 package of Southern Home's 90 second rice (uncle ben's will work)5oz of boiled chicken breast (pull meat into strips and lightly chop)1 cup of medium salsa1/3 cup of green onions (chopped)1/4 cup of red onion (finely chopped)1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained)4 Whole wheat 100 calorie 8" tortilla1/2 tsp of cumin powder
Directions
Cook rice in microwave per package directions. In a large bowl add beans, salsa, cumin, chicken and rice. Mix well. Microwave for 30 seconds more on high. Add green and red onion.

Spoon equal parts into the 4 tortilla wraps.
