Ingredients
2 large eggs1 cup unbleached all purpose flour0.5 tsp salt1 cup milk, nonfat
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease popover pans. In a small bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients until just blended. Fill prepared cups 1/2 full. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, than 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve immediately.
