Ingredients
Use your big soup pot. Mix water and vegetable soup base, heat until soup base has dissolved. The asparagus consisted of cooked stems (usually discarded) and pureed to add flavor. Add the rest of the veggies, garlic and spices then simmer for 1 hour. Ingredients are:1 dash , black pepper1.5 cups aparagus, cooked stems, pureed 3 carrots, chopped1 celery stalk3 gloves garlic3 large mushrooms1 large onion, chopped1 yellow pepper, chopped6 cups water6 tbsp. Knorr's vegetable soup base4 cups bok choy, chopped1 tsp cilantro1 tsp. oregano, ground
