Cornmeal Muffins

Ingredients
All-purpose flour, 1.5 cupBaking Powder, 3 tspSalt, 1 tspEgg, fresh, 1 extra largeGranulated Sugar, 0.5 cupVegetable Oil, 1/3 cupMilk, 1%, 1.25 cup Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
Mix the cornmeal and milk together in a small bowl.
In a medium bowl beat egg lightly and stir in sugar and vegetable oil.
Add cornmeal mixture to egg mixture and stir to combine.
Add moist mixture to dry mixture all at once and stir until combined.
Fill greased or lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 400F for 15-20 mins.
Makes 12 muffins.
