Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces *veggies steamed -BirdsEye-broccoli,cauliflower,carrots, 2 cup *Philadelphia Cooking Cream (Savory Garlic) 1/cup= 4 tbsp, 16 tbsp Dream Fields Spaghetti (2oz) about 1/2 in circle, 4 serving Dream fields defisit, 4 serving
Cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces and brown in a skillet after cooked add 1 tub of Kraft Creme Savory Garlic and stir to coat then add vegetable and coat. mean while cook past according to directions and then combine to and serve hot

I personally don't worry to much about calories, carbs are my main focus hope you liked it. :-)
