Beef Dumplings

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1/2 red bell pepper1/2 small yellow squash1 small can black olives, drained1 cup mixed veggies (carrot,corn,green beans, peas)salt, pepper to taste1 package won ton skins
Directions
Saute veggies until cooked through set aside.

Brown and season ground beef. Drain very well return to pan.
Add veggies and cook a little longer, taste and adjust seasonings.

Allow to cool then assemble dumplings according to package. Dumplings contain a tsp of filling.

Makes 49 dumplings with about 8 oz or so of filling leftover.

Note: A serving according to the package is 6 won ton skins
