1 can black beans1 can yellow corn1 can Rotel tomatoes6 servings Minute brown ricewater
Directions
Make 6 servings of Minute brown rice just as it says on the back of the box. In a separate small pot, add all other ingredients and put on medium heat. In about 5-10 minutes the entire meal is ready. Serve vegetables over rice.
