Chicken Breast Parmesan, Simple & Fast

I package Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 fillets)1 cup Progress Parmesan Bread Crumbs1 cup Bertolli Olive oil & Garlic tomato saucemilk for dredging chicken1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut each fillet in half lengthwise. Put about 1/2 cup milk in a bowl, and the bread crumbs in another bowl.
Dredge chicken through milk in a bowl, then roll in bread crumbs.
Stir together the salt, pepper, and garlic powder, sprinkle on the chicken.
Spray a 9 by 13 pan. Spoon a little tomato sauce in the bottom.
Place the chicken in the pan, and spoon the rest of the sauce over the top. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake another 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 8 servings of 1/2 chicken breast.
