Ingredients
1 lb Cube Steak1 tbsp Olive Oil1/2 cup Merlot 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1/2 medium Onion, sliced
Directions
Heat oil in pan. Place steaks in pan and cook 2-3 minutes each side. Add onion. In small bowl mix Merlot, mustard and Worcestershire. and pour mixture over steaks and simmer covered until tender 30 to 45 minutes.

    Yes, cube steak is a tough cut and needs to cook longer on lower setting to get it tender. - 2/16/16

    I seared 2 mins on each side and then only used 15 minutes in the sauce. I was afraid of over cooking them. Do they get more tender with longer time? Hard to find interesting recipes for cube steak and this one is a good one with lots of flavor. - 2/16/16
