Add dry ingredients with yogurt. stir until just mixed, can be lumpy. wisk egg with vanilla and add to yogurt mixture. Stir gently, its ok to have some yellow and white showing.
use a 1/4 cup to scoop onto griddle. Cook for 1 and a half minutes on one side and then flip and cook for another 45 seconds.
