sweet and sour ground beef crumble

500 g lean ground beef2 cups packed brown sugar2 Tbsp flour0.5 cup vinegar0.25 cup water2 Tbsp soy sauce1 Tbsp ketchup
In frying pan, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Drain and put back in pan.
In a medium bowl, put brown sugar, splenda and flour. Stir well to blend thoroughly. Add vinegar, water, soy sauce and ketchup. Pour over beef and heat until hot and bubbly.
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
