Turkey or Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients
7 oz. thin spaghetti, broken in half2 C. cubed cooked turkey or chicken1 C. sliced fresh white mushrooms1 small onion, chopped (1/4 C.)3 T. butter or margarine1 can cream of mushroom soup1 C. skim milk1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning1/8 tsp. ground mustard1 C. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese1 C. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese1 T. shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook spaghetti and drain. Put into greased 11 x 7 x 2" baking dish. Top with turkey. In a skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in margarine until tender. Whisk in soup, milk, and seasonings until blended. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Pour over turkey. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Dish will be full. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
