Chorizo Sausage - Low Carb

1 lb ground pork1 tsp salt2 Tbsp chili powder1/4 tsp cloves1/2 tsp cinnamon1 Tbsp paprika1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp oregano2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar2 Tbsp water
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Mix well with hands. Stuff into casings, or fry plain (best in casings).
