Ingredients
1. Sautee thinly sliced bittermelon until light brown.2. Add beef and sautee for 7 minutes. Add salt, tumeric powder and red chilli powder to taste.3. Add tomatos and onions, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until oil seperates.4. If you find that there is too much oil, you can skim it off at the end, however, this amount of oil is absolutely necessary to cook the bittermelon, or it won't be edible.Expect this dish to be slightly bitter.
