Sushimi Tuna with Wasabi Avocado

Ingredients
2 ripe avocadosJuice of 3 limes1 1/2 tsp wasabi paste2 Tbl good-quality Japanese soy sauce, plus extra to serve1 Tbl olive oil1 toasted nori sheet, cut into 4 long rectangles400g best-quality sasmimi-grade tuna, cut into 1.5cm cubes1 Tbl black sesame seeds, toasted1 Tbl white sesame seeds, toasted1 Tbl chives, finely choppedMicrogreens to serve
Directions
Pulse avocado and the juice of 1 limie in a small food processor or blender until smooth. Stir in wasabi to taste, Season.

Whisk together the soy sauce, oil and remaining lime juice in a samll bowl. Set aside.

Place the nori rectangle on each plate and spread with a little avocado mixture. Pile tuna on top then drizzle with dressing. Scatter with sesame seeds, chives and cress. Serve with extra soy.

    Ok well I was looking for a tuna fish recipe and love sushi so I spun this recipe around a bit. Took all the basic ingredients and concept except made it for tuna fish wrap in lettuce with Nori. Photo uploaded. Awesome recipe either way! - 5/26/17
