GF Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1T olive oil10 oz lean round steak1 cup red onion diced1 clove garlic minced2 cups water1/4 cup red wine3 teaspoons Knorr's beef bouillon1 cup slice mushrooms8 oz gluten free brown rice spirals cooked to ala dente with 1t salt1/2 cup half and half1/2 cup sour cream lite
Directions
Brown meat in oil. Add onions and garlic, cooking till limp. Add water, wine and seasoning. Cover with heavy lid and simmer for 2 hours. At this point add the mushrooms and continue simmering for another half an hour or so until the meat breaks apart in chunks with a fork. Cook noodles, drain, rinse and add to meat. Cook another few minutes then reduce heat and add creams.
