Crusted French Toast w/Peach Sauce

Ingredients
Something I threw together.
Directions
Just something I through together. Mix egg whites and eggs...add vanilla and cinnamon. Coat bread. Bread in oats. Melt margarine in pan.
Cook as you would regular french toast.

Puree peaches and add cinnamon to taste. Place in freezer until french toast is done. Put on top of toast.
