Easy Beef Stew

Ingredients
1.5 lbs stew beef (pre-cut) 1 can sliced carrots3 red potatoes2 cans beef broth.5 cup white flour2.5 cups water1 tsp salt2 tbsp black pepper2 tbsp chopped basil leaves.5 tsp cinnamon (if wanted)
Directions
Brown beef in 2 cups water, drain, set aside
In pot, add beef broth, water and flour-bring to low boil
Let flour dissolve and add salt, pepper, basil leaves and cinnamon
Add carrots, potatoes, and browned beef
Put a lid on the pot and let simmer for 2-3 hours or until potatoes and carrots cooked through

Makes about 6-2 cup servings
