Ingredients
1 Lb regular size carrots4 cubes veggie broth ( udjust to your needs)8 cups water( udjust to your needs)two slices fresh ginger1 tsp sugar
Directions
peel carrots and slice
add ginger
put in pot
add broth
cook till soft
blend to density of your choice
serve hot and enjoy
