Tuna Chedder Chowder

Ingredients
*Idaho Potato, 1 medium * Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can * Can Creamed Corn * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped * Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped * Milk, 2%, 2 cup * Butter, unsalted, .25 cup * Flour, white, .25 cup * Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded * Water, tap, 2 cup
Directions
Chop up 1 medium potato (Peeled), 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 cup celery, and 1/2 cup onions and place in a pot with 2 cups water. Boil for 10 mins.
In another pan, melt the butter and slowly add the flour to make a roue. Then slowly add the 2 cups milk. After this has heated through, stir in cheese. Then add the veggies (water and all ), tuna, and creamed corn into pot. Cook a minute or two more to heat through. Then enjoy!
