Ingredients
3- large brown cage free organic eggs1 cup- egg beaters1/4 cup- 2% lactaidgreen pepperyellow squashbroccolionionmushroomstomatoe
Directions
mix all ingredients except margarine together in a large bowl.

Melt margarine in a large skillet.

Add egg mixture, cover and cook on low heat until cooked all the way through and broccoli is tender.
